Do you get any output from the Amiga video outputs e.g booting from floppy

If the holes in the spacers is to big you can't use the same screw and you can't put a bigger one because the holes in PCB are not extensible. If you run SDMount then the disk should be present in HDTool box and then allow you the partition

Giggledisk Device=sagasd.device Unit=0 To=RAM:SDcard

This will create a file that you can use as a mount file

You should get a red light at boot up as well, which would suggest a poor connection

Tried the Slim IDE CDrom i had, but it's conflicting with the mSata on the Master and i can't get it set to Slave. It just boots the the Floppy disk and no scsi devices are detected. I'll have to try another CDROM drive next week end.

I'm guessing you have set the CDROM to Salve as the SD2IDE is always set Master. If i get chance i will try and test this on my rig.
