Awesome news. It is a very satisfying (and cool) feeling to get the Amiga online, especially with the Vampire. It's like Afterburners for your 500/600 :)

Finally uploaded :)

The video quality is not ideal but it is usable. Definitely need to invest in a HD Capture device (using a point-and-shoot camera for video is not the best).

I use Roadshow. It is easy to setup. I will make an instructional video for YouTube and post it by mid day tomorrow if you like.

Hi, I was wondering why the 2.9 core that is made available for the V500 V2+ is slower than the Vampire V600 V2? Basically the the V500 EXE version is x10 vs the 600's x 11, the JIC version is x11 vs the 600's x12. Does this have anything to do with the enabled SPI port on the V500 V2+? I did notice...

I didn't remove the old kickrom because it's written that it's not necessary for using the vampire. my amiga rev 5 boots fine with the vampire. i just get a bloody vampire red screen (via scart) before it's booting ;) is th...

There is a SFS patch for that.

Check this thread: http://www.apollo-core.com/knowledge.php?b=4&note=13021

Cheers!
Thanks. This issue has actually plagued me for some time. Nice to know the real culprit... Damn you SFS!

Hi, After I updated my Vampire 500+ to the Gold 2.7 core I now see the ghosted icons of my system drives. I use SFS as my filesystem. Now I see my System icon (my DH0: partition) as it should appear and the ghosted DH0:SFS\0 counterpart. I have also seen this behavior with the Cloanto 3.x Roms. The ...
