Thanks for the link gregthecanuk. I have samba orking now. I need to test my speed but its working so already improved. Olaf is on a bug-fix-a-thon with the SAMBA support. There are updates to the 'development' branch almost every week! Most recent version is 1.147. He keeps fixing old warts and li...

I came back to amiga after seeing a youtube video with somone turning his rasberry pi into a nic for his amiga 2000. Thats when I found out about the Vampire Accelerators. It was probably almost a 6 month wait for my Vampire 500 V2+ but was worth the long wait and worth every penny. I dusted off my ...

When I go to cli and type ping hostname same spelling and everything it resolves the host from DNS no problem. Do I need to configure something somewhe...

Finally uploaded :) The video quality is not ideal but it is usable. Definitely need to invest in a HD Capture device (using a point-and-shoot camera for video is not the best). Link: https://youtu.be/QiQjTcRKElk Thanks for the great video. I see a problem...my ethernet module light is red not gree...

That would be great...Thank you. I'm running coffin R49 and it already has roadshow demo version installed so it should be simple. But to be honest I have never had ethernet on my Amiga 500 so I'm clueless. I did try to setup a plipbox but was getting errors...figured it was bad but I know this expa...

Thanks for the info. If the ACA500 can do this then I'm sure it can be done with a core update. The vampire 500 v2+ is def the better accelerator of the 2. I'm just going to wait to see before breaking traces and such on my board. I would hate to have to buy an aca500 just to get the chipmem

So I was reading that the apollo team was working on a core update that you allow us to use 2MB of the 128MB on the V2+ as chipmem. Is this a real prject that the apollo team is working on or just wishful thinking? I know I can get a new Fat Agnus chip and then modify a motherboard at a few touch po...
