i read on the amiga wiki that a red screen means an error in the kickstart. I didn't remove the old kickrom because it's written that it's not necessary for using the vampire. my amiga rev 5 boots fine with the vampire. i just get a bloody vampire red screen (via scart) before it's booting ;) is tha...

I've tried to run an oldschool classicWB 3.1 LITE system configuration on my 8GB CF card and didn't installed Picasso96 yet. My SD-Card also mounts well and get recognized (fat95 DOSDrivers). "fat95" worked for me too!
tried it with pfs3 but couldn't format the sd0, always got a "not a valid dos disk" failure.

a short question: is the 512k ram expansion compatible with the vampire 500 v2+ or should it be better removed?
