As some on IRC already seen this, but I threw this together on thingiverse. This is a quick and dirty design I did, it requires desoldering the RF connector. It uses an Female to Female HDMI adapter easily found on Amazon. also I shared the short HDMI cable I use. It's nothing special, but may save someone 15 minutes designing something themselves.

Might be a small thing, but one of those items that completes a build.
