I tried to run some RTG Demos like Dolphinary for example.

The demo runs but the Monitor stays black and says: incompatible screen mode

How can I get it working ?

I think that the screen mode required by the demo is simply not right configured in your system. Go in Picasso96mode and check that all present screenmodes are realy displayable on you monitor.

Most easy solution is, go into prefs and then picasso mode and disable screenmodes like 320x200, 480x270, 640x400 etc by double clicking them (will set to inactive then)
Then save the settings and reboot.
If such a screenmode is called then SAGA will automatically open those in a 640x480 screen.
