Vampire 500 V2+ unboxing

Got a gift this morning in my mail box :)

I opened it and found some blood red ESD bag in it... first time I've seen a red one :)

and finally the beauty...

I immediatly plugged it on (notice the powered on ESP8266 Wireless thingie)

it booted like a charm on the first try :) 5 minutes later I was on IRC !

I hope support of arduino module WiFi will come soon
Actually whitout a driver it's the same as V500
The box is very cool too !

Very cool! Many thanks for the posts, pics and video! From the stuff we can see in the pictures, what comes in the box? I assume the compact flash card is your own but the connector it's plugged into comes with the Vampire as well as the WiFi module?

Hi !

The ESP8266 Arduino Wireless Module is my self addition. You can buy it for 2$ on eBay. Remember there is no driver available for it at the moment.

Compact Flash is also a self addition, up to you to put any you want on that 2.5" IDE port :)
